1: Where is my Shipment, and when can I expect it ?
- Please check your original confirmation email from us info@VitaStik.com. Click the button "Track My Order Status". If it was already shipped, then tracking info will be displayed here. If it has NOT SHIPPED, PLEASE BE PATIENT, it will very shortly.
2: Why has my Order NOT SHIPPED YET ?
- You may not have noticed, but some Formulas could be on Back-Order (out of stock). We usually re-stock quickly. However, sometimes it may take up to 7 - 10 days to re-stock. If your order has not shipped, this is USUALLY THE CASE. You have two options here.
3: My tracking shows it left the VitaStik Warehouse in Beverly Hills California, but it seems to be stuck in transit along the way to me ?
- Please contact USPS DIRECT, at www.USPS.com or call your local post office. The United States Post Office is a very affordable shipping option. However, their time estimates are ONLY ESTIMATES. They are not guarantees! Once a package leaves our facility, there is nothing we can do to help speed things along. USPS is underfunded and often delays packages due to weather, holidays, and under-manned staff. PLEASE BE PATIENT HERE
4: My tracking says my package was delivered, however it is NOT IN MY MAILBOX ?
- FIRST : Ask your mail-person. He or She is sworn FEDERAL US Officer. They will scan your package when they deliver it. However, sometimes they might scan it, and forget to place it in your box. They usually will have it in their truck or bag. PLEASE ASK THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You can also CALL your local post-office if you are not home, but all they will do is ask your mail-person. We cannot help in this matter, because once they take the package, it becomes federal property.
If your mail-person cannot help you (this is very rare), then you can file a claim using your tracking number we emailed you, and if successful, you will be re-funded the cost of your package. You can file a claim at www.USPS.com : https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
