• BLOW-THROUGH BREATHE-ACTIVATED AROMATHERAPY METHOD: Our personal favorite method. From the Silver LED-Light side, GENTLY Blow-Through the stick. This will allow the stick to work like a traditional essential oil diffuser, but without all the trouble of oils, power-plugs, and messy cleaning. Try this in a car with any of our diffusers. Alternatively, try it over your bed at night with the Lavender SLEEP, Black Currant RELAX, Vanilla Valerian CALM, or Creamy Rose AMORE diffuser. It will instantly transform the air around you, filling your room with warm water vapors enhanced with essential oils, wellness herbs, vitamins, and terpenes that may effect your mood. TIP : Make sure your lips do not block the tiny air holes on the LED side.
  
• MOUTH TO NOSE METHOD: Breathe into your mouth, do not inhale, hold for a moment, then release slowly from your nose for maximum aroma-therapy.

• NASAL INHALE METHOD: Unleash the power of essential oils. The BREATHE and SILVER BULLET diffusers instantly disperse powerful essential oils into your sinuses and breathing pathways in your nose and chest. Customers claim the oils work instantly to open the breathing pathways. Try using them as a natural and great tasting alternative to Vicks nasal inhalers, or chest inhalers.  
• BREATHE IN METHOD: Breathe into your mouth for 3 seconds, and inhale the edible water vapors in your mouth. Hold for a moment. Then slowly release from your nose. Your olfactory bulb (sense of smell) receptors are in your nose. Aromatherapy works best on the sense of smell. Best for use with our BREATHE, SILVER BULLET, ENERGIZE, and CALM diffusers.

Every vitamin stick is Tested and Rated to over: 500 (2 second) activation's, 250 (4 second) activation's, 125 (6 second) activations. This = two or three times the life of the competitor's vapor pens, if used as directed below.

• Always replace the silicone end caps when not using, or the organic waters will dry out. This keeps them fresh also. It is best to store and ship the sticks laying FLAT, not standing up, (or they can leak).

• Allow at least (60 - 90) seconds between each activation, (longer is better), so that the organic waters can refill.  

• These steps will maximize each stick life. Shelf life is roughly 1.5 years.
  

• We recommend (5 - 20) "three-second" activations per/day, for a quick vitamin aromatherapy boost and relaxation session.

• If you do not follow all of these steps, then you can dry out the waters in the diffusers, or drain the battery early.
• If the LED light is blinking when using, this means one of two things. A: You’re using it more than 5 seconds.   B: The battery is running low, usually from over use.

• Mexico and Asia, can take 10 - 30 days. DHL is faster, 5 - 10 days. Some parts of Mexico do not allow DHL deliveries.  
• Europe and UK Shipping, can be 6 - 14 days. Some places like Italy can take longer sometimes, 12 - 30 days.

If you wish to return a product because you do not like it, you must cover shipping cost plus 20% Disposal Fee. Returns and Exchanges must be filed within 10 days of receiving your order.
